I accept deed transfer and ownership-change matters for Vermont properties located in all towns with online land records, allowing me to perform title verification and prepare deeds correctly regardless of where the property is located.

This statewide capability allows clients to work with a single Vermont attorney for property transfers. Physical proximity to the property is not required for this type of legal work. What matters is accurate access to the land records and correct deed drafting under Vermont law.
