Buying a home

We will work closely with your realtor and lender to ensure the closing on your new home proceeds professionally and smoothly. We will conduct your closing according to the terms agreed upon between the buyer and seller in your Purchase and Sale Agreement.

Selling a home

A seller must transfer title, or property ownership, to a buyer via deed. We prepare your conveying deed for closing. All existing liens on the property, like a mortgage, must be paid off for the closing. We work with you through this process.

Purchasers and lenders benefit from title insurance because it insures against various possible title defects. Our clients are always protected by title insurance when purchasing property or taking a loan.

Title to LLC or Trust

Many owners of rental properties choose to protect themselves by creating a limited liability company to hold and manage their property, and transferring their title into that LLC.
