Jonathan D. Weidman
Jon Weidman has been practicing law for over thirty five years, concentrating on real estate transactions. He is an expert on the governing Vermont and federal regulations. Having Attorney Weidman in your corner will ensure your purchase, sale, or refinance goes as smoothly as possible. He earned his B.A. in Geology from the University of Vermont in 1981, his J.D. from the New England School of Law in 1984, originally licensed in New Hampshire, and licensed in Vermont since 1993.

Kyrik Roy Weidman
Kyrik Roy Weidman apprenticed under Attorney Jon Weidman’s supervision, reading law in accordance with the Vermont Law Office Study Program from September 2019 until completion in September 2023, and passed the Vermont Bar Exam of February 2024. He is skilled in performing title searches and closings, and familiar with Vermont real estate laws and regulations. His education and qualifications include a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, a Six Sigma Green Belt certification, AS9100 certification, Vermont Notary Public 2019-present, elected to the Board of Directors for the Okemo Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce in 2022, and licensed to the Vermont Bar in June 2024.
